We understand that every creator, brand, and budget has unique requirements. That’s why Tradewinds Studio offers four distinct, scalable service tiers designed to provide the perfect level of support for your project:

The Dry Hire (Studio Only)

You rent the professional, sound-treated physical space and the essential power infrastructure. You supply all your own gear (cameras, mics, lights) and your own production crew.

Ideal for: Independent creators with a Sony ZV-E10 and a mobile kit.

What’s Included: Soundproofed room, high-speed Wi-Fi, basic furniture (table/chairs), and basic “house” power.

Rate: $75 – $125 per hour

Best For: Independent creators with a Sony ZV-E10 and a mobile kit.

The Plug & Play (Equipment Included)

We provide our standard, high-end, in-house hardware package (professional cameras, premium microphones, studio lighting, and mixer). You bring the “brain” — the operator/engineer — to manage and run the session.

Ideal for: Creators who own their production flow but want to leverage our superior, calibrated equipment without the capital cost.

What’s Included: 2-camera setup, 4 microphones, lighting grid, and a mixer.

Rate: $150 – $250 per hour

Best For: Creators who know how to hit “record” but don’t want to lug gear across Manhattan.

The Fully Staffed (Production Crew)

The ultimate stress-free experience. You simply show up, talk, and leave — our professional, in-house crew handles every technical detail. This includes setup, operation of all gear, session direction, and file offloading.

Ideal for: Busy professionals, executives, or podcasters who prioritize their time and want a completely seamless, hands-off recording session.

What’s Included: Everything in “Plug & Play”, plus a Technical Director (to switch cameras live) and a Sound Engineer.

Rate: $350 – $600 per hour

Best For: Professional brands and high-end interview shows where “losing a take” is not an option.

The End-to-End (Production + Post-Production)

The complete, hassle-free package. This covers the full Plug & Play filming session plus comprehensive post-production work. We handle all editing, color correction, sound mixing, graphic overlays (intros/outros), and deliver a final, polished, ready-to-upload video file.

Ideal for: Brands or individuals seeking a turnkey solution, from initial recording to final distribution-ready content.

What’s Included: Filming (Everything in “Fully Staffed”) plus professional editing, color grading, audio leveling, and social clips (reels/shorts).

Rate: $1,500 – $3,500 per episode (Flat fees usually replace the hourly rate)

Best For: High-growth YouTube channels and corporate marketing teams.
